What sizes do your t-shirts come in?
Our t-shirts are available in sizes XS through to 3XL. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page to ensure the perfect fit. Keep in mind that some designs have a unisex fit, which may differ slightly from traditional men’s or women’s sizing.
What materials are your t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are crafted from a premium organic cotton.
What is this merch?
All the products are carefully selected to be the top quality. All designs are unique and feature cultural, social and culinary trends in Czechia. Designed and printed in Czechia.
Do you ship outside the Czech Republic?
Yes! We ship to most European countries. When you add items to your cart, you can select your country to see shipping options and costs. International deliveries may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.
When will I get my order?
We think green and print the product only when we receive the order. It usually takes 48 - 72 hours. Once printed, we pack your order carefull and post it to your nominated address. Please take in count extra days for delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery since receiving shipping email within the Czech Republic typically takes 1-3 business days. International shipments usually arrive within 3-6 business days. Please note that unforeseen delays with couriers or customs may occur, but we’ll always provide tracking information so you can monitor your order.
What if I am not at home when the courier comes to deliver the order?
Don't worry, courier has your contact details and informs you in advance about the delivery. If you are not available, courier leaves the package in the closest pick up point for you to collect when suitable. You receive all these information via email and phone number.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes and no, we offer 14-day return policy for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact us via email: customerservice@optondemand.com. However we do not offer exchange. You can return the product, we will give you your payment back and you can order again.
Are your products unisex, or are there specific men’s and women’s fits?
Most of our t-shirts and hoodies are unisex, designed to suit a variety of body types. Certain items may have a tailored men’s or women’s cut, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page. We suggest reviewing the product description and size guide before purchasing.
How should I care for my clothing to make it last longer?
To keep your gear looking great, wash your items inside out at 30–40°C, avoid harsh bleach, and air dry whenever possible. Using a dryer on high heat can shrink or damage prints. Do not iron over the design. Proper care ensures your merchandise stays vibrant and comfortable for years.
